BLAIR: The Best Tunable White Light
The Storm XT52 is powered by Aputure's revolutionary BLAIR (Blue/Lime/Amber/Indigo/Red) light engine, achieving the highest-quality white light with exceptional ±green balance and a wide CCT range from 2,500K to 10,000K. Indigo emitters enhance fluorescing materials for a natural daylight and tungsten match, while offering smooth, flicker‑free output across any frame rate.
Color Tuning Control
Using Limited HSIC+ and x,y control modes, the BLAIR engine covers over 70% of the Rec.2020 color gamut. Create deep cinematic huesfrom crimson sunsets to warm sodium amberswithout the need for gels. The XT52 doubles the output of any other color point-source fixture, making it ideal for both creative and high-output applications.
Compact Power and Portability
The XT52 stands out with its portable form factor. The lamp head weighs only 27.8 kg (61.29 lbs) and can be lifted by one person using a standard crank stand. The control box is the size of a briefcase (13.4 kg / 29.54 lbs), ensuring easy setup on location.
