The Azden HX-MI TRRS Mic Headphone Breakout Adapter Cable Smartphones allows you to connect a microphone and headphones simultaneously into the earphone jack of iPhone, iPad, Smartphone or Tablet with TRRS jack. Headphones are only active during playback, not during live recording. Third party recording apps are available which allow live monitoring.

Dual channel receivers such as the WR32-PRO and 330UPR can only output 1 channel through the HX-Mi cable.
