Like the original Diva Lite, the ballast (LED controller) is permanently attached to the fixture, a header cable is not required. Just plug it in to power and you are good to go. Fast to setup, beautiful soft light and just dial in the color temperature, it could'nt be easier! The new Kino Flo Diva Lite LED?s blend Kino Flo?s popular fixture with its tunable LED family line. The Diva-Lite LED lights feature dial-in variable color temperature control, full-range dimming and programmable 2700K to 6500K presets and DMX wireless capability. As with the Celeb and Select LED?s, the Diva-Lite LED?s soft white light doesn?t flicker or shift color temperature when dimmed. Light levels are consistent throughout the Kelvin range. The Diva-Lite LED?s feature a Green/Magenta control to match the spectral sensitive curves of the most popular cameras and other light sources. With built-in DMX and Lumen Radio receivers, the Diva-Lite LED?s can be controlled by DMX and/or DMX wireless. The Diva-Lite LED?s run on universal input from 100VAC-240VAC or 24VDC and need as little as 1.3A at 120VAC (Diva-Lite 30). With its versatility and unique features, the Diva-Lite LED is the perfect imaging tool for use in any studio production or on location.

Never need to cut a gel with theses RGB LEDs
My favorite thing about the light is the RGB color mode. Just dial in the color of your choice. The Diva Select 30 has all of the form factors of a lightweight soft light source you expect from a Kino-Flo but the sofisticated LED electronics let you not only dim and select white light color balance but you can also enter "color" mode and select from thousands of theatrical and "party" colors at the push of a button. The menu is intuitive but you should send a little time during prep to familiarize yourself with the menus and options. I haven't used it yet but looking forward to using the built in wireless DMX features. I'm also excited about never having to change a bulb. Can't wait for the RGB 401q.
