DMX series units are identical in size and operation to the 6K, 12K, & 24K units except that they can be used as stand alone units without DMX OR can be operated in a DMX system! Has Address Select, preheat and termination switches, Data Received indicator, DMX in, loop out AND Interface in connectors. Dimmers are wired with pigtails for power input and output or panel flush mount connectors. Compact, reliable, and quiet, these units are used by demanding professionals. Control light without scrims, diffusion, or other tedious methods. Indispensable when you need a light level in-between or more control over the lamps. Great for obtaining dimming effects without a bulky lighting dimmer panel. There is no minimum load necessary for proper operation. Standard configuration features 2 parallel Interface 6K PRO DIMMER PICTURE Input connectors and can be DIRECTLY SWITCHED by other Magic Gadgets such as Flicker 2 Digital, Flicker 3D, Practical Switcher, etc. Second connector goes to next dimmer in daisy chain configuration. All units have strap handles to help protect controls and for hanging from light stands, lighting grid, etc., graduated 12K PRO DIMMER PICTURE output level control, tactile feedback on-off pushbuttons, output and ground integrity indicators, u-ground ac connectors and standard BLF type fuse on 2K model, silent cooling fan and fast magnetic circuit breaker on 6K, 12K & 24K units, 4ft. 6/3 SO wire on 6K, 4ft. 4/3 SO wire on 12K & 24K, 8/3 wire lead option (instead of u-ground connectors) available on 2K model extending peak load limit. 24K unit is 240 volt. 12 and 24K units have two pole circuit breaker. 2K: Size appx. 2x3.5x4" 6K: Size appx. 7x4x7". 12K & 24K: Size appx. 7x7x7".
