Doesn't work well, but hard to find any other alternatives
Doesn't work as well as original. Even after installing properly, you really have to crank HARD on your grip knuckle to prevent the arm from slipping. Is just an aluminum washer...
New life for old grip heads
We had several old grip heads with cork washers. Replaced the cork with these and they work like new again. Very affordable way to keep gear working well.
Works Well
I've used fiber washers in the past, so I was a little skeptical, but they work great. I cannot speak to their longevity, but I have high hopes.
